HOW TO PREPARE THICK CURD
- Boil milk completely without adding water.
- Leave it to cool to room temperature and remove the cream formed on top.
- Add 2 teaspoons of curd to the milk and stir it well.
- Leave it to stay for 8 hours.Refrigerate it for 1 hour for better results
